Food Trip: Estrel’s Caramel Cakes

If  you’re looking for the perfect cake to give for your loved ones, I suggest you order these sumptuous cakes from Estrel’s.

Estrel’s cakes are pre-ordered, meaning you have to order in advance, at least 3 days before pick-up on non-peak seasons and at least a month before pick-up for peak seasons and big cakes if you want to be sure you get a booking because they have a very limited number of baked cakes for walk-ins. They make sure all cakes are baked fresh so they don’t really store cakes in fridges like other pastry shops do.

They also have limited cake flavors though but don’t put it against them. It may be limited but the quality and taste of all their cakes and pastries are really great. It’s home made – no preservatives. The chiffon is very soft and moist and the caramel icing’s sweetness is just right. You know by taste that the cake isn’t the usual mass produced because there’s no sugary taste and texture at all.
